This is the story of a journey I plan to take...and maybe you want to come along?

I’ve developed this space for professionals who are thinking about their own personal stories, exploring the often-conflicting choices of professional achievement and personal fulfillment. This is for professionals who feel successful on paper - but restless in heart. Who want to earn not just respect, but quiet internal permission to be themselves.

On paper (and in reality!), my life is pretty incredible: I have an amazingly loving and beautiful wife, a fantastic community of family and friends, and a successful career I’ve built over the past two decades.

Yet, deep down, I’m a wanderlust at heart, and my career and life have often pulled me into conflicting directions...And because of that, a deep curiosity pulls at me – I find myself driven by a simple but profound question: What does it mean to truly succeed, not just in work or life, but at the intersection of both?

Inspired by one of my favorite books, The Alchemist, I’m dedicating time this summer to exploring many of life’s big questions - purpose, meaning, living with intention, etc. - while hiking the UNESCO dual-pilgrimage of the Kumano Kodo in Japan and the Camino de Santiago in France and Spain.
